1. Return Policy

Once an artwork/product is sold by Soshi Arts, returns will not be accepted, except in the case of receiving an incorrect item. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders. In the event that you receive an incorrect artwork/product, please promptly inform us at connect@soshiarts.in, specifying “wrong item” as the reason, or you can reach us by phone at +91 9871912288 within 2 days of receiving the artwork/product. The artwork/product should be returned to our Warehouse within 5-7 days and we reserve the right to not accept the return in case of failure to the mentioned timelines.

2. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on soshiarts.in constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless Soshi Arts rescinds or cancels the order due to artwork unavailability, a default, or any prior or ongoing breach by the buyer, this acceptance results in a legally binding sales contract.

3. Order Cancellation

Soshi Arts retains the right to cancel an order with a prior notice to the customer in case of non-availability of the same. The cancellation request from your end for the order can be done within 24 hours of placing the order through the Email at connect@soshiarts.in or call at +91-9871912288.

If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the artwork/product(s) is found to be incorrect/damaged, you can raise a return request within 2 days of order delivery
